PRODUCTS

 

Q. WHAT ARE THE SHOES MADE FROM?  ARE THEY LEATHER?

They are made from a PU man made leather.  Our products are vegan friendly and animal free.  

Q. ARE THE SHOES SUITABLE FOR NARROW FEET?  I HAVE NARROW FEET AND FEEL THAT THE BOTTOM STRAP OVER THE TOES MIGHT BE TOO WIDE. 

Our heels include gel pads for the ball of the foot so that if the foot slides forward or the toe strap is too wide, it solves that problem 95% of the time.  The gel pad also helps fill up that gap.

 

Q.  WILL YOU BE GETTING LARGER SIZES?

Currently the largest size we offer is a 42. A size 43 is a possibility for the future. 

  

Q. I’M NOT SURE WHAT MY SHOE SIZE IS. DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?

Q. DO YOU HAVE A HEEL THAT’S SMALLER THAN THE MID WEDGE?

We will be bringing out a low wedge that is around 5cm approximately in JUNE 2017

 

Q. THE HEEL AND WEDGE SHOES SEEM TOO HIGH FOR ME.  DO YOU HAVE SMALLER DESIGNS?

We have a flat, low wedge and mid wedge shoe design as well. 

 

Q. WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE MID WEDGE/ HIGH WEDGE / HIGH HEEL?

The mid wedge is 7.5cm / The High Wedge is Wedge 11.5cm / Platform 3cm  /  The High Heel is 12cm / Platform 3.5cm

 

Q. DO YOU HAVE KIDS SIZES?

We will be bringing out kids sizes in the future.  If you subscribe online we will notify you in our next newsletter.

 

 

ORDER

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is our aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible; therefore we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it has left our Distribution Centre. If we have not yet dispatched your parcel we will do our very best to ensure that it is cancelled. Please contact us with both your order number and full contact details as soon as possible to request a cancellation. 

 

Q. THE SHOES I WANT ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE IN MY SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

We will notify you at time of checkout if the shoe or accessories you chose are not available.  We will give you an estimate on how long you will have to wait for them to be sent out to you and you can decide if you would like to proceed with check out or come back and order them later.   

 

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?

We accept VISA, Mastercard  & Paypal as payment methods in our online store. 

 

 

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT

Q. I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, HOW DO I APPLY IT?

When you visit your shopping cart you will be given the opportunity to apply any coupon  codes you may have. Simply type the code into the text box provided at the bottom left hand side of the online cart screen. Please note this is the step prior to entering your payment details. We are unable to add your promotional code to your order once you have finalised your purchase.

 

Q. CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER ONLINE?

Yes.  If you have a gift voucher you will see a code. You can enter this at checkout under the gift voucher section.  If you would like to purchase one, go to: https://www.conf3ss.com/giftcertificates.php

 

SHIPPING

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE SHOES TO BE SOURCED?

It can take between 7 to 14 business days for orders to be sourced and dispatched to you. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been sent from our Distribution Centre.

 

Q. WHAT IF I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

As stated on our Shipping and Returns page, express postage does not include dispatch time. As soon as your order has been sent from our Distribution Centre and passed on to the courier, you will receive your parcel within the express delivery time frame. If you do not receive it in the allocated time frame please contact us with your full name and order number so that we can look into this further for you.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. This tracking number will also be available in your Online Account.

 

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

Our staff are super efficient at displatch, apart from Holidays and Weekends, We pick, pack and send the next morning after an order is received.

If you are experiencing any delays longer then this time period please contact us for more information on your order. Please remember to include your order number in your enquiry.

 

Q. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses!

 

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do currently ship internationally to most countries.

 

Q. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Registered Customers

Tracking your order couldn't be easier! Once your parcel leaves our Distribution Centre, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. Simply head to www.conf3ss.com   enter the tracking ID and you will be able to follow your orders progress right up to your front door! If you do not receive your tracking ID please contact us with your full name and order details via our email talktous@conf3ss.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Q. MY SHOES ARE THE WRONG SIZE, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

We offer a 365 return or exchange policy if your shoes are the wrong size.  For further instructions go to http://www.conf3ss.com/returns-policy/

 

Q. WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS FAULTY?

We aim to provide all our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item that has a fault, you will need to call the Customer Service team on 1300787634 or email us at talktous@conf3ss.com. You can also fill out a return request form stating the nature of your fault and the resolution you require ie, replacement, refund.  We recommend that you send the item back for assessment at our Distribution Centre.  For information on how to return the shoes head to our Shipping and Returns page. http://www.conf3ss.com/returns-policy  Once assessed, we will be able to help resolve the issue quickly and advise you of the next steps.

 

Q. HOW DO I RETURN MY GOODS TO YOU?

Q. HOW DO I WRITE A REVIEW FOR A PAIR OF SHOES?

Leaving a review for a pair of shoes is really easy! Firstly you need to locate the shoe in our online store. Once you’ve found it, click to view the product page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the section titled ‘What do you think’. Here you can review and leave a comment about the shoe. 

 

Q. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR MAILING LIST?

We’d love for you to join our mailing list!
