Returns & Exchange

Love ‘em or leave ‘em                                                              

We want you to absolutely love what you’ve ordered, If you don’t we’ve made our return process as easy as possible. Before returning your goods please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions of returns and exchange.

  • Returns will only be accepted if they are applied for within 30 days of the original purchase date.  And for pre orders within 30 days of receiving your goods.
  • All goods returned must be unworn and in original condition of purchase.
  • Any goods that have been worn, altered or damaged are not eligible for return if received in  this state they will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging.
  • All extras and free strap sets must be returned.
  • There are no returns on any items purchased on sale (50% off or more) or items purchased within a promotional period.
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with your completed returns form

 

Exchange

  • We offer free returns on exchanges, this means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us, if you choose to exchange to a different product or different size, but we only offer one free return for change of mind.  
  • We cannot set items aside for exchanges. Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will either be put on a backorder list or will be offered a refund.
  • Your exchange will be processed within 2 days of receiving your return
  • If you would like to make an exchange please follow the below instructions.
  1.  Sign into your account.

  2.  Go to Completed Orders and click Return Item(s) – on the right hand side of the page listing your order.

  3.  Fill out the following items on the return request:

o    Quantity to return

o    Return reason

o    Return action

o    Comments (optional)

4.    Click Submit Return Request.

5.    Once you have submitted the request, we will process it within 2 days.

6.    You will be notified via email as to whether your request to return has been accepted.

7.    We will then send through our reply paid details for free shipping on your exchange.

 

Refunds

  • You will be refunded the total cost of your products purchased not including any shipping fees paid.
  •  If you use our reply paid postal service to return your goods we will deduct $9.95 from your total refund.
  •  If you don’t use our reply paid service and ship back at your own expense you will need to provide a shipping receipt for tracking and you will not be charged the $9.95 return fee.
  • Depending on your payment method it may take 3-5 days for the funds to clear back into your account.
  • If you would like to make a return for a refund please follow the below instructions and simply opt for a refund on your return form.

Faulty items

  • Shoes will be considered faulty if they’re received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 365days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • In the case of a manufacturing fault or if  incorrect items are received, please contact our customer care team, orders@conf3ss.com. Please send through any relevant photos , a description of the problem and your order number so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
  •  Once investigated we will be able to provide you with information on how to return.  
  • In the case of a manufacturing fault customers are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement as per our discretion.

 

Afterpay Returns

  • If you wish to return your items you can choose to either exchange, or the payment plan can be cancelled.  Follow the return instruction above as per normal.
