We’ve had so much positive feedback about the quality, comfort and fit of our shoes, we’re pretty sure you’re going to love them. However, if there’s some reason you would prefer to send them back us, you’re welcome to return them - in an unworn condition. And you have 365 days in which to do it! :)

We want your online experience to be a happy one and understand that shoes don't always fit the way you'd hoped... or the straps might not be quite the colour you thought. So, if you return your shoes and straps in unworn condition…

  • We'll refund 100 percent of the price you paid Excluding shipping. 
  • We'll pay for domestic return postage in Australia and NZ. 


WE'LL HAVE THEM BACK IN THE STATE YOU FOUND THEM
It’s very important you are totally clear how the return process works.

  • Shoes must be in their original condition – i.e. unworn. We are aware you will want to try them on when you get them, to check the fit, sizing or even work out your wardrobe options. However, please make sure you take care to do this on a carpeted area or a soft, non-scratch floor surface. If there are marks on the soles of the shoe that show they’ve been worn out – even on floor tiles – we will not be able to accept their return. 
  • Straps must also be in their original condition; in the state you received them.
  • All items must be in their original packaging. Shoes in their original box, with all tags and stickers intact. And straps in their original plastic zip-lock bag. The unworn gel packs should also be included.
  • If you wish to return a pair of shoes, you must return the free strap-sets sent with them, or you will be charged for the strap-sets. If it is a simple exchange of shoe colour, then you are free to retain the second pair of straps, but must return the set that matches the shoe colour.
  • The process noted below, that generates the Return Confirmation Number must be done within 365 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • There are no Refunds and Exchange on any of the sales packs. So please select your shoe, size and colour carefully. 

HOW TO START AGAIN
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange your Conf3ss purchase. Please follow these simple steps:

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA/NZ

  1. Go to conf3ss.com and sign into your account.
  2. Go to Completed Orders and click Return Item(s) – on the right hand side of the page listing your order.
  3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
    1. Quantity to return
    2. Return reason
    3. Return action
    4. Comments (optional)
  4. Click Submit Return Request.
  5. Once you have submitted the request, we will process it and revert to you with your unique Return Confirmation Number.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

  1. If you would like to talk to us about the process, please call 1300 787 634 anytime from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm Queensland time.
  2. Please note: If you are returning a pair of shoes, any strap-sets you covered by the purchase price (2 sets at time of launch) MUST be included with the returned shoes.
  3. We will issue you with a unique Return Confirmation Number.
  4. Within 7 days of receiving the Number, please put the shoe box back into the cardboard box within which it arrived, wrap securely and include the following information with your unique Return Confirmation Number:
    Your Name;
    Your Address; and
    The original receipt of purchase (a photocopy of the original receipt of purchase is not acceptable).
    A full list of what is being returned or exchange, along with instructions as to what to do if it is an exchange.
  5. Your items can be returned through Australia Post to:

  6. Upon receipt of all of the items listed above, Conf3ss will issue a refund, in accordance with the amount attributable on the original receipt of purchase. If you would rather have a store credit, please just let us know.   
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 30 days of receipt of all the items listed above.
  8. Any FREE products not returned with the purchased products intended for refund, will be deducted from the refunded amount at either the recommended retail prices or the full online prices per item, whichever is more applicable to the original purchase.

 RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

  1. Email us at talktous@conf3ss.com to let us know you wish to return your order. Make sure you give us a full list of what you wish to return or exchange.
  2. We will issue you with a unique Return Confirmation Number.
  3. Within 7 calendar days of that being issued, please forward all the items you wish to return by registered mail or courier. The return will be at your own cost, but don’t worry… we will credit it towards your next purchase.
  4. Please note: If you are returning a pair of shoes, any strap-sets obtained with the purchase price MUST be included with the returned shoes.

Second chances
If you would like to return/exchange a second time, you will have to cover the postage cost yourself and no credit towards future purchases will be made.
Please follow the same process as above, with regards to obtaining a Return Confirmation.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
We have put a great deal of time and research into making Conf3ss shoes and accessories top quality and extra comfortable. However, we know mistakes can happen.
If your shoes are received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 year of purchase, we will replace or refund them. Of course, shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and there will be no replacement or refund.
